The evening

Back at the water, for the first time in fall.

Lovers by the Water is back, and this time with our very first Fall Edition.

On Saturday 19 September, starting at 17:30, we gather at Studio LA FLOR for an intimate evening of great food, drinks and good company. One long table, a curated fall menu, and the people who make Berlin worth staying for.

Special menu by Head Chef Ronja Erdenebat and Sous Chef Kezia DeMello.

The menu

A curated fall menu.

Omnivore and herbivore run side by side, so nobody sits through a compromise.

Flying

One bites of baby radish, peas & smoked mackerel

Salted Annabelle, smoked brown butter & pimentón

Omnivore

  • Soft shell crab, finger lime, grape algae & smokey mayo
  • Slow-cooked smoked beef cheek, Jerusalem artichoke & cauliflower puree

Herbivore

  • Lemon oyster mushroom, finger lime, grape algae & smokey mayo
  • Smoked caulilini, pickled florets & beetroot puree

Dessert buffet

  • Dark chocolate cones, tonka cream, caramelized dulce de leche, bitter orange, pink pepper
  • Brie & mild gorgonzola

The menu includes a drink pairing with a selection of wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

After dinner

Then we groove into the evening.

From 21:00 the dance party starts and the bonfire goes up outside. Stay as long as you like. We are celebrating a new chapter, and we would like to celebrate it with you.
